- Services and Discretion:
All services provided during this meditation group practice are offered at the sole discretion of the Author, David Cao. No warranty of any kind is provided. The Author reserves the right to discontinue or pause any of the services at their convenience without prior notice. The availability and duration of services may vary and are subject to change. Participation in the group practice does not guarantee continued access to any specific service. A participant may be removed from the group if the minimum requirements are not met. - Release of Liability:
By participating in the activities described in this group practice, both online and offline, you acknowledge and agree to do so voluntarily and at your own risk. In consideration for being allowed to participate, on behalf of yourself, your next of kin, heirs, and representatives, you release David Cao and any venue hosts (e.g., Lost Ridge Ranch LLC) from all liability and promise not to sue David Cao and any other participants for any and all claims resulting in physical or psychological injury, illness, damages, or economic or emotional loss you may suffer as a result of your participation. - Confidentiality:
Participants agree not to use, disclose, or communicate any proprietary information obtained during the group practice, whether directly or indirectly, for personal benefit. Participants will treat all such information as strictly confidential and will not divulge it to any third party. This obligation of confidentiality shall continue even after the termination of this agreement. Upon termination, participants will return to the author all records, notes, documentation, and other items provided or created during the term of this agreement. - Professional Conduct:
Participants agree not to make any negative, derogatory, or detrimental statements, whether written or oral, about David Cao, including any employees, officers, or helpers associated with the group practice. This includes any statements that could harm the reputation, brands, names, or trademarks of the aforementioned individuals or entities. Participant’s obligations regarding professional conduct will survive the termination of this agreement.
By participating in this meditation group practice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your participation. David Cao reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary and will provide notice of any changes.
This Terms and Conditions agreement is governed by the law of Texas, specifically in Williamson County. This means that any legal disputes or matters arising from or related to this agreement will be subject to the laws and regulations of the state of Texas, as well as any applicable federal laws within the jurisdiction of Williamson County. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Williamson County, Texas, for resolving any disputes that may arise from your participation or use of the services provided.
